What do I need to book an appointment?

Please fill out the online form with your name, email and comments or questions.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. A $35 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.

At this time, Sunnyside Wellness does not accept or submit to health insurance companies.


What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24-hours notice. Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24-hours notice will be charged the full price of the visit.
